Dolphins

Compared to other animals dolphins are believed to be very intelligent. The killer wale is actually a type of dolphin. Female dolphins are called cows, male dolphins are called bulls and baby dolphins are called calves. We have a dolphin that is found only on New Zealand coasts and it is in endangered. I love dolphins they are my favourite animal!

My Speech

This is my speech, I said it at Fordell School and won so then I went into the Cluster Competition and I WON! 


My Place



 

 

Oh, I know my place ,I know my place alright, I get reminded all the time.

I am the youngest in the family. My two older sisters go to boarding school. I get reminded of my place every weekend!

During the week I can sit on whatever couch I like, get first choice of

 drinks in the fridge and not have to share anything, including Mum and Dad!

 

Then the weekend arrives I have to wait my turn I share EVERYTHING!!!

Often I get the drink no one else wants and do not  sit on the front seat of

the car. Look out if you put a foot out of line.

Being the youngest is not a lot of fun at times. Sometimes my sisters think that theyr'e my mothers. And growl and tell me off even when I SO don't deserve it.

I mean really some one has to be the tittle taley.

They are like sniffer dogs in my bedroom. They can always find my lollie stash. They really don't have a lot of patience with me. like the other day my sister and I were
 making a tree hut it was only a tree hut not a high rise apartment building. She
got a bit cranky because my work wasn't up to her standed so I through a bit of mud
at her just to make it a bit of fun but oh no things got a little out of hand I was covered
in mud all through my hair down my pants she put me in my place again!

 Oh, I know my place ,I know my place alright, My family remineds me all the time
and for me it is a good place to be!  

Guess What!!!

Don't you just love candy?

 Well I love it but only ONE can be the most sourest of all and that has to be the candy called: toxic waste!!!!!!!!!!!! This type of candy is super, mega yummy! The only problem is that it is sour and you would want to spit it out! 

Mountain Trip

It was freezing cold when I got out of bed, it was 6.00 in the morning, Monday the 16th of September. I was so excited because my class was going up the mountain. I was ready in a flash, dad started up the car I said'' hurry up dad I don't want to be late!'' We drove off, we finally got to Fordell school. We had to picked up Gemma and Kayla and then we were on our way to the mountain! It took a while but we got there. We all got our things that we wanted to hire and started to ski I got lots of free time because my lesson was at 12.30. It was really fun because I was skiing at happy valley. after that I had a lesson . I got lots of tips how to stop and not fall over. When our lesson was finished we had free time so I went to the top of the mountain with my dad. At this point I was very nervous but I still did it, with quite a few falls. After that we all had bumps and bruises, we were all very tired so we went in the cars and drove away.

Have you ever thought what was the biggest creature?  The Blue whale is the biggest creature on Earth, it is even bigger than the biggest dinosaur. The female Blue whale is  bigger than the male. The biggest female is  171,000 kg's.

  

Butterflies

Butterflies are amazing   I'm going to  give you many reasons why,
Butterflies  live everywhere but not in the water they don't sleep ever. I'm going to tell you how they fly.  Butterflies have 4 sets of wings and they also have strong muscles to help them fly. They are kind of like airplanes. The butterfly drinks nectar, small puddles on the ground and also bits of leaves and plants. They can fly up to 30 meters an hour or even faster, slow  butterflies fly around 5 miles an hour. Butterflies have been around for 40 to 50 millions of years ago.
 It would be awesome to be a beautiful butterfly one day.

This is the worlds smallest working aquarium, witch holds just two tea spoons of water . It is so small there is only room for these zebra fish.
